Fr. Tadeusz Mucha was born on October 24, 1975 in Bielsko-Biała. He was raised together with his three years older brother Jarosław, in the family of Wiesław and Maria. He attended the elementary school and high school in his home town. He also was an altar boy, lector and member of a music group in the Nativity of BVM Parish in Bielsko-Biała, Lipnik. Since his childhood he has experienced many health problems, which influenced his further life.

During his teen years he began to feel religious vocation and after completing his high school education he applied for acceptance to the Novitiate of the Society of the Divine Saviour. He began his Novitiate formation on September 7, 1995 in Trzebinia. He took his first religious vows on September 8, 1996 in Trzebinia. After the Novitiate he began his Seminary studies in Bagno, on October 11, 1996. In the Salvatorian Major seminary he was known as an open and gifted person. He was actively involved in the seminary music band Vox Nostra and charity groups. From to the opinions expressed by his educators we find out that Cl. Tadeusz was a joyful, optimistic and zealous seminarian, who readily shared his talents with others.

He made his perpetual religious profession in Bagno, on September 8, 2000. He was ordained to the deaconate on June 29, 2002, in Trzebinia by the Most Rev. Jan Szkodoń. On July 25, 2002 Deacon Tadeusz Mucha went to Albania for his pastoral experience period, and he stayed there until March 2003. There he began to consider his missionary vocation.

He was ordained to the Priesthood on May 24, 2003, in Trzebinia, by the Most Em. Franciszek Cardinal Macharski. Already during his pastoral experience he officially asked his superiors to be sent to Albania for pastoral and missionary work. His superiors agreed and by the decree from May 31, 2003, he was transferred to the community in Bilaj, Albania. However, because of renewed health problems Fr. Tadeusz asked for permission to return to Poland, for medical treatment. He was transferred to Dobroszyce, where he was a catechist since July 1, 2004 and since December 1, 2004 worked as a vicar of St. Jadwiga of Silesia Parish. From July 1, 2006 Fr. Tadeusz lived in Bardo Śląskie, where he was a chaplain in the convent of the Ursuline Sisters. After six years he was entrusted with the ministry in the Salvatorian Youth Movement and transferred to the religious community house in Dobroszyce. Although his health worsened he was actively involved in the work of the youth apostolate. From July 1, 2014 until his death, he lived in Trzebnica.

Fr. Tadeusz Mucha died in the morning of September 16, 2014, in Trzebnica. He went to the Lord in his 39th year of life, 11th year of Priesthood and 18th year of religious life.
